Photo Normanby School Class 6 - 1914

   I came across your site by accident and saw the article on the Class of 1914 Re-union.
   I can add one name to the photograph of Normanby School Class 6 of 1914 - 4th from the right in the front row is my father John Bean, who was always referred to as Jack.
   He was one of 10 children and my grandfather was the youngest of sixteen.
   The family lived opposite the school at 22 High Street.  The family occupied this house in the 1881 Census and my grandmother was there until she died in 1946.
   The photo caption mentions a Harry Bean but I have never heard the name used in the context of the numerous Bean families, and I have done quite a bit of searching on genealogy sites.
